<p><strong></strong> 200 kr, (150 kr hvis i kommer 2 sammen). Medbring tæppe og løst tøj. Undlad parfume.</p>

<h3><strong><strong>Ekstatisk dansemeditation &#8211; 5 rytmer inspireret,  </strong>Lørdag d. 19 maj, <strong>kl 19.30 varighed ca 2,5-3 timer,</strong> (kom senest 19.15, der er te fra kl 19) , </strong></h3>
<p>Elsker du at danse, så er det her for dig. OBS: 100% alkohol,stof og røgfrit. 200 kr  (150 kr hvis i kommer 2 sammen). Medbring flade sko du kan danse i og løst tøj &#8211; både t-shirt hvis du bliver varm og trøje/jakke hvis du bliver kold. Vi danser i vores uopvarmede sommersal med panoramaudsigt over havet.</p>

<p>Begge workshops er for alle, man skal ikke have prøvet dette før, for at deltage. Mest af alt skal vi have det sjovt og forhåbentlig skabe lidt mere plads i krop og sind.</p>

<p>Tilmelding per sms eller mail er bindende, da der er et begrænset antal pladser, men hvis du alligevel ikke kan komme, er du velkommen til at sende en anden i stedet for dig.</p>

<p><strong>Helen is a wonderful teacher &#8211; warm, funny, encouraging and inspiring</strong>. Her classes are relaxed and enjoyable and affirming of everyone with all levels of experience, from beginners to yoga masters. She encourages everyone to unwind, enjoy and gently uncurl themselves, and find true relaxation, movement and alignment in their own bodies. Yoga is so often taught as a humourless form of boot-camp &#8211; Helen&#8217;s classes are the opposite of this, and quite possibly the most fun you&#8217;ll ever have on a yoga mat</p>
<p>About yoga, Helen says:</p>
<p>I am really passionate about Yoga. I am interested in how we can co-ordinate  our intellectual understanding with our physical movement.</p>
<p>Practicing yoga is not about suffering,  It’s about enjoyment and exploration. To feel liberated in your body is to be HAPPY!</p>
<p>Ideally Yoga can be easy, and simultaneously it requires effort and focus. At times it’s confrontational and challenging.</p>
<p>Ultimate fitness for me is to be grounded and  stable and to have a quality of softness. I wish to invite authenticity, honesty and openness without judgment.</p>

<p>&#8220;Discover the intimate conection between the kidneys and the deep muscles</p>
<p>in your body (ex:the psoas) and how you can improve your health, flexibility</p>
<p>and emotional well being thrugh healing your kidneys</p>

<p>Through yoga/anatomy and practical exercises we will begin to understand</p>
<p>the health &amp; function of the psoas. This muscle group is the deepest in the</p>
<p>human body and directly related to all physical movement as well as</p>
<p>breathing, posture and emotional wellbeing.</p>
<p>Aligning with the season of winter, governed by the &#8216;water&#8217; element, is key</p>
<p>to balancing kidney health. Both the kidneys and the psoas lie at the core of</p>
<p>our being and represent our fundamental sense of self, strength and stamina.</p>
<p>In this 2 hour class and 3 hr workshop we will explore<br />
* The positioning and function of the psoas and how this can help our practice.<br />
* A deeper understanding and experience of the breath<br />
* Daoist pranayama &#8211; organ breath practice to balance and align the rhythms of the organs.<br />
* Practical qi gong and meridian exercises to balance the kidneys<br />
* Looking at the water element and our potential for fluid movement</p>

<p>Du er velkommen til at tage venner med, man behøver ikke have været til yoga før.<br />
Efter søndagens workshop tager vi til christianshøj og gaia kvinderne og spiser frokost, du er velkommen.</p>

<p>Mange steder tilbyder &#8220;yoga&#8221;, hvor undervisningen egentlig kun er fysiske fitness øverlser.Alle lærere på Bornholm yoga center underviser i essensen af yoga &#8211; meget mere end blot fysiske stillinger. Mindfulness er tidens modeord, men det er også en del af yoga.</p>
<p>Du skal melde dig til hvis du ønsker at begynde at mærke dig selv mere og lære dig selv bedre at kende på alle planer. Krop, følelser, tanker, energi.</p>
<p>Advarsel: Der er ofte bivirkninger ved denne form for yoga:  mange mister deres fysiske skavanker og får det meget bedre følesesmæssigt.</p>
